Contract - Willow Glen Tutoring

Before we begin assigning you a tutor, we need a quick E-Signature

Non-Compete / Payment Handling:

I understand that I will not exchange money directly or indirectly with tutors assigned to me OR referrals from tutors assigned to me by Willow Glen Tutoring. This includes any tips. If you desire to give a tip to your tutor, please reach out to Willow Glen Tutoring main line and we can accommodate.

I understand that I will only submit payment directly to Willow Glen Tutoring and not its tutors for tutoring services provided by Willow Glen Tutoring.

If I decide to end services with Willow Glen Tutoring I will not solicitate, in any way, tutors assigned to me OR referrals from tutors assigned to me by Willow Glen Tutoring for a period of 12 months after my last lesson.

First Lesson / Trial:

I note that the first lesson with a new tutor will be waived only if I was not satisfied with the lesson or the assigned tutor.

Late Cancelations:

I accept that if I cancel a confirmed lesson without at least 24 hours’ notice to the tutor (without successfully rescheduling for the same day) the tutor will charge a half an hour (.5 hours) fee.
